Meridian is developed and operated by RABITAI Algorithmic Trading, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97707953, Netherlands. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
What Meridian is
Meridian is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it should be relied upon when making investment decisions. Market data, Meridian-generated commentary, and backtested results may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. See the methodology page for what each data layer actually is, and what it isn't.
Your account
Sign-in is Google OAuth only. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure - anyone with access to it can access Meridian under your session. Don't share your session or attempt to access another user's account.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell Meridian's data or commentary. Don't attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or the sourcing/labeling this product documents on the methodology page. Don't use Meridian in a way that violates the terms of the underlying data providers it cites (BLS, FRED, USGS, and the others named there).
Availability
Meridian is provided "as is," without uptime or accuracy guarantees. Data refresh jobs, third-party sources, and the underlying market data feed can and do fail or lag; official prints and events are labeled with an as-of date precisely because staleness is expected, not exceptional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RABITAI Algorithmic Trading is not liable for any loss - trading, investment, or otherwise - arising from use of or reliance on Meridian. You use it at your own risk and remain responsible for your own investment decisions.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
